There are several reasons why you may need to force the connection. For example, if your password has expired. Here are the steps needed to force the update.
If your portfolio holdings are stale you may need to click the Refresh button for a specific brokerage connection.
A brokerage has made a change to their connection code and Yodlee needs to make the appropriate changes to accommodate the update. The recommendation is to try the connection again the following day, if it is still a problem contact our support team at [email protected].
We recommend to never remove your brokerage connection if it starts to fail. This will cause you to lose your historical data. We first recommend trying to force an update, follow the steps to Edit Credentials seen above. If the connection continues to fail, please contact our support team at [email protected].
